Thanks for addressing that goofiness about criticizing an organic garden. If someone is that threatened by a garden plot, they've got issues that run rather deep.

I know of two nascent community gardens here in Morgantown. A group, headed by Ann P., is working to install one at the King Street Park in South Park. The Wiles Hill-Highland Park Neighborhood Association is also working to get one going.

Informally, the Greenmont Neighborhood Association plants a shared plot on private land b/c the property owner doesn't want to mow it.
