Steph's tuna was rubies on a plate next to me and Matt's wahoo with
fava beans and corn was like buttah'! Buttah' I say.
Hit dish of the night for me was Matt's beet salad with goat cheese,
pistachios, and pickled watermelon. I could have eaten three plates of
it and been very happy.
Grilled calamari were soft and smoky. Tuna tartare was a mountain of
ahi with cilantro to boot.
And Steph bringin' sommelier pals to dinner? Yeah, that's okay too.
