The Evil Genious of Breakfast Nachos

Blue corn chips, potatoes, sausage, jack cheese, chunky salsa. Yum.

Then I go all "I want MORE" on the thing and have Chris throw two perfectly poached eggs on top too.

Yeah, you shoulda' seen this thing disappear.
