I think Lamb Kofta is out. Replaced tonight by collard greens and mac n' cheese.
Greco has a pork shoulder in the slow cooker all day today. So when I get done working I get to make the sides and feed the peeps at the bar.
I should probably make sure the 9x13 is as full of mac n' cheese as possible.
You all remember what happens when I don't make quite enough mac n' cheese?
