I can pull out my copy of The Curry Book by Nancy McDermott and make Kashmiri-style Lamb Curry.

Oh man, this reminds me. I meant to bring you some saffron. Andy's mom knows this guy who has been working in India for the past couple years, and now we've got more little tins of saffron than we know what to do with. E-mail me your mailing addy!
