First lunch in Denver yesterday with a gaggle of WV Young Dems. We found a spot called the Appaloosa Grill on the 16th Street Mall. I went for the Crispy Eggplant. Fried 'cutlet' style pieces with a bit of cheese and some tangy marinara on a hearty, chewy roll. A good start to food in Rockies.
