I'm just throwing my energy into some large projects right now.
Projects like this. It's really sucking most of my cooking time to menu and event plan for a 30-person underground dinner party at roving locations.
But don't worry, I'll still be blogging here. And I have 2 pounds of BOM Bacon in my freezer and Greco has trout, venison, halibut, and lamb coming in to town this Sunday.
It won't suck. I'll take pictures.

What an absolutely splendiferous thing! I'm jealous!
I can't wait! I'm looking forward to some culinary adventures in Michigan (Zingerman's is not too far away), but I'm definitely going to miss the camaraderie of a good meal with good people. On the other hand, I've got a dishwasher now, and a kitchen I can turn around in, so I'm looking forward to making a few culinary messes of my own. KitchenAid stand mixer I hear you calling me.
Glad you haven't forgotten, I'd missed you. :)
