greek potato and broccoli fritata

What happens when you have leftover greek potatoes (with oregano, basil, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil), broccoli, Amish farmer's, and cheddar cheese?

You saute shallots and garlic, throw it all in the skillet and bake 'til you're starving.
