bluegrass kitchen - PEI

PEI mussels in white wine broth with spinach, tomatoes, and garlic toast.

had it with a savignon blanc. nice pair.

had it with 4 extra toast points. bless you roomie.

I'm beginning to think this blog is just really advertising for bluegrass! I like the place so I'm not complaining, but I hope you're getting an extra potato cake here and there for this!

i forget to take my camera everywhere. i remember to take it there.

plus, herb has been crashing on my couch waiting for renovations on his place. he takes me there saturday for 'rent' payment. i humbly accept.

and there will be real, live, 'cooked by dan' food tomorrow.

Ahhh, that makes sense! That sounds like a pretty good deal! You should get in on some of that Arctic Char they've got on Friday nights. I remember a particularly tasty dish with cornmeal. mmmm...
